Our Process
Heliproducts operates a full-service maintenance facility equipped to perform comprehensive inspections, scheduled maintenance, repairs, and refinishing of all helicopter components and associated equipment. Our capabilities support complete compliance with required maintenance programs and ensure aircraft return to service safely and efficiently.
We provide real-time tracking of the process using computer-controlled tracking systems and store all technical and historical data digitally for the customer and operators to review and trace.
Through this process, we conduct a comprehensive, systematic assessment and overhaul of the helicopter’s serviceability. This eliminates uncertainty and guesswork, ensuring the aircraft is maintained, documented, and returned to service to the highest standards of safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
Heliproducts also specializes in full 12 year inspections, repairs, and modifications with complete customization services in-house. Our preferred method of custom build starts with a full tear-down of the entire helicopter.
Full build-up reviews are generally only completed at the time of manufacturing. However, the Heliproducts completion gives an “as new” condition for your security.
