LTS101 Turboshaft Engine Series Line Maintenance

Skill Level: ATA 104, Level III
Classroom Size: 12 students or less preferred per class. Private Classroom within
TCCA, FAA, EASA Approved.
MAY 15- 18th , 2018. Pitt Meadows Airport – Heliproduct Industries Ltd.
The curriculum is to be completed within four (4) working days, consisting of an estimated 26.0 hours
of theoretical and practical training (21.0 hours theoretical and 5.0 hours practical or 19.2%).
Training will be conducted at Heliproducts Industries location by
Intermountain Turbine Services training manager.
This course is designed to provide technicians with training to meet the demands of
flight line maintenance activities.
Course content involves both classroom and practical activities.
This course provides understanding of the engine construction, systems description and operation,
fault isolation/troubleshooting procedures.
Course activities include performing special inspections, hourly inspections,
and LRU removal and installation.
Emphasis is placed on safety procedures and the use of technical publications in the classroom
and during practical maintenance activities.
