Heliproducts is now offering its customers aviation Borescopes and Fiberscopes for all types of aviation maintenance and inspection. Heliproducts Borescopes will allow its customers to lower their direct operating costs for expensive turbine engines by performing regular Borescope inspections. Heliproducts offers Fiberscopes, Borescopes and Video Borescopes for use on a wide range of different Helicopters including Eurocopter, Bell, MD, Sikorsky, Agusta, PWC, Honeywell, Rolls Royce, PWC and Turbomeca.

Borescopes are commonly used in the visual inspection of aircraft engines, airframes, and airframe components. Turbines require particular attention in order to meet all safety and maintenance requirements. Borescope inspection of engines can be used to prevent unnecessary maintenance, which can become extremely costly for large turbines. They are also used in manufacturing of machined or cast parts to inspect critical interior surfaces for burrs, surface finish or manufacturing errors. A flexible borescope can be used to access cavities which are around a bend, such as a combustion chamber or "Burner Cans" in order to view the condition of the compressed air inlets, turbine blades and seals without disassembling the engine.

4mm Borescopes

Using the Heliproducts 4mm Borescope, companies can complete all hourly, calendar, cycle, TB, SB, and AD requirements. Flexible, articulating 4mm diameter Borescopes with a light source and a carry case. This Borescope is usable in both 110/ 220 volt so the units can travel worldwide to meet all of your airframe and engine inspection criteria. Heliproducts' 4mm Borescope also has two ways of articulation, a universal type eyepiece, and it easily connects to couplers and cameras. It also has a steel braided insertion tube, (water and oil proof).

Motic USB Camera

Turn a borescope into a high-resolution digital borescope with the Motic USB camera! As an option, the eyepiece may be fitted with a coupler lens to allow the borescope to be used with imaging devices such as a video or CCD camera, using our Motic USB camera addition. This will allow technicians to save pictures to their laptop computer while performing the inspections. Light, compact, and easy to use, the Motic USB camera attaches easily to the eyepiece of any borescope.
